Shipping is currently free as a promotional offer for US, Europe & select Gulf Countries


We are currently experiencing very high demand, so please allow us up to 5 days for your order to be processed. 

Once your order is processed, We will send you an email with your tracking number and link.

Shipping time may vary. These are our current delivery estimates :

  • Unites States, Canada, Europe (10 - 20 Business Days)

  • Australia, New Zealand, Mexico (10 - 20 Business Days)

  • Central & South America (10 - 20 Business Days)

Our prices are significantly lower our competitor since we are ship directly from the factory to the customer.

The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.


Upon placing the order, please allow us 5 business days to have your order processed.

Our fulfilment warehouse-pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number & link.


Since We have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately.

Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product up to 10 days before the other.


Yes, every order includes a tracking number.

Tracking number is usually sent within 5 days of ordering

For shipping companies, it takes 2-10 days for the tracking information to be updated on their system.

If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

We do not take any responsibility for any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes and we have no control over what they may be. Duties & taxes if applicable will be charged at customer’s expense and refunds will NOT be issued if you choose not to pay the charge.

Our Store offer products in all major currencies. You will be charged in GBP at checkout.

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order number #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.


The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing defects. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal conditions.

You have 24 hours after you place your order to cancel & receive a full refund after your purchase.


If you try to cancel your order after you received a shipping confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been processed to be shipped out to you.
