Ich habe schon ein paar hochwertige Messer und benutze diese auch sehr oft. Als ich auf die Unique Collection von Hajegato gesto�en bin war ich als Messer-freak direkt Feuer und Flamme und wollte es unbedingt haben. Rein optisch ist das Messer ein wirklicher Hingucker und macht die Leute, die einem beim Kochen zusehen, wirklich neidisch. Man muss aber auch sagen, dass das Messer nicht nur gut aussieht, sondern auch sehr gut performed. Es ist super ausbalanciert und leicht dadurch wird es extrem handlich und angenehm zu benutzen. Die Sch�rfe ist sehr gut, kann aber, wenn man will, noch durchaus gesteigert werden - so wie jeder Koch es eben brauch. Alles in allem f�r mich ein sehr sch�nes und auch sehr gutes Messer.

This knife is not only beautiful to look at but also extremely sharp and well balanced. The grip of the handle and the finger space that is built into the blade shape really allows for the perfect cutting motion. You can see and feel the quality of both the blade and the handle. It really is beautiful. I loved the surprise of not knowing what colour I was going to receive too - and after having seen the quality of the product I have no doubt that all of the designs are just as lovely. I�m incredibly happy with it and I would 100% recommend whether you are a professional chef or just enjoy spending a lot of time in the kitchen at home (like me)!

I'm a professional French chef working For 14 years as a chef and have many expensive knifes. This is first time I have come on amazon to buy a knife and what a beautiful knife I found. Been bored of same black and brown handles knifes. Its fresh something new & different I have never seen in my career. Its extremely sharp no problem tackling meat, fish or vegs. This knife is very well balanced & light weight makes it easy to use all day. Love the handle as it fits my big hands & the cut on blade helps in precise cutting or chopping. It's been few days I got this knife and already become my favourite knife. Every time I open my case the knife impresses me and. My colleagues. Will buy more soon ang highly recommend it.
Beautiful knife and very sharp cuts veg with ease and just a quick run under the tap and a wipe with a cloth or tea towel and your good to go. the delivery was a bit lengthy but then again it did come from china
The “look” is beautiful but…. It’s the feel, durability, reliability and strength of the steel that really impresses the hell out of me. I’ve had other chef knives to include some very expensive and well known brands but nothing beats this knife and I mean NOTHING !! It’s about the “feel” and the “steel”. Best chef knife for me PERIOD !

What a beautiful piece of steel The handle and blade are so stylish that I was unsure if it would perform but I can honestly say, not only stunning to look at but unbelievable sharpness .
